April 29: The largest forest planting festival organized by the State Forestry Office and the Ministry of the Environment “National Forestry” took place. Of course, representatives of our school also participated in it – students, teachers, parents, other school employees. Each participant planted 100 birch trees. We are very happy to have the opportunity to participate in such an action. After the action, the foresters treated us to buns, we baked sausages, and we also received gifts.

This year, the foresters of the State Forestry Agency also planted a record number of new forests – as many as 800 ha, where they planted as many trees as the population of Lithuania – 2.8 million.
